A Family Maison
Cabanon Palace is the work of one family — Chloé Lemelle, Hélio Guenoun-Tassara and Nathan Guenoun-Tassara. With more than a decade of life in Vietnam and a shared love of hospitality, they set out to bring the spirit of the French Riviera, touched by the charm of Indochina, to the rooftop of Da Nang.
Hélio, raised in a fishing family from the Vallon des Auffes in Marseille, leads the kitchen — generous Southern-French cooking, the flavours of Provence and Corsica carried down through his grandmothers' recipes. Since 2013 the three have run Cabanon Palace as a family table, on the 21st floor of the Cordial Grand Hotel, where guests are welcomed as their own and every meal is served à la française, carved and shared.
More than a dinner, we want our guests to remember their Cabanon Palace experience years later — creating memories and flavours within our warm, festive atmosphere.
